Our website enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not store those form details in a website database. We receive the enquiry when you choose to send your message through WhatsApp.

We use enquiry details to understand your business needs, respond to questions, discuss services, prepare quotations and communicate about projects.
For confirmed projects, we also use relevant information to deliver the work, coordinate development, set up agreed services and provide support where arranged.
04. Client accounts and project handover
With your permission, we may help create or configure accounts needed for your project, such as a dedicated email address, GitHub, Cloudflare, domain registration or hosting accounts.
Where possible, these accounts are created under the client's ownership and linked to the client's recovery details. When the project is completed, we provide the agreed account details, access information and relevant project documentation.
We share handover instructions through the client's designated email address and may use a separate secure method for sensitive credentials. Any ongoing access or support after handover depends on what we agree with the client.
05. Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, popular pages, traffic sources and interactions such as clicks on WhatsApp enquiry buttons. It may process device or browser information and approximate location.
Our website also uses browser storage to remember your preferred light or dark theme. You can manage cookies using your browser settings. We do not intentionally include enquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses or message contents in our analytics events.

We use services such as Cloudflare, Google Analytics and WhatsApp to operate the website, understand traffic and communicate with customers. For client projects, we may also use GitHub, domain registrars and hosting providers.
These providers have their own privacy policies. Depending on the service, information may be processed outside India. We share information as needed for the service requested or the operation of our website.

We take reasonable steps to protect client and enquiry information and restrict access to what is needed for project work. No online service can guarantee complete security.
